John served as a Detective Chief Superintendent at New Scotland Yard. Apart from being a widely experienced investigator, John is also a trained Hostage Negotiator and was Director of Detective Training for the Criminal Investigation Department. John was the Police Advisor for the Bahamian Government responsible, for four years, for the establishment of The Royal Bahamas Police Force Detective Training School and for major project management for force reviews and change programmes in the Bahamas. He has similar training and educational experience in the Philippines.
John has experience within the highest levels of Governments, in contract negotiation, delivery, reporting and management. |
